Finding reliable help shouldn't be a second job.

You know the drill: call five companies, leave three voicemails, repeat the same details to everyone who calls back, and still wonder if the quote is fair. Bidro replaces all of that with one post and a set of real quotes to compare.

The problems we set out to fix

These aren't hypothetical — they're the complaints we heard (and lived) for years working in this industry.

📞

Comparing quotes is tedious

Getting three quotes means three phone calls, three site-visit windows, and three versions of the same conversation. On Bidro, you describe the job once and pros come to you with quotes you can compare side by side.

🎲

It's hard to know who's good

Search results and directory rankings are often paid placement in disguise. Bidro's ordering can't be bought — the pros you see first are there because they complete jobs well, on time, for real customers near you.

📄

Insurance is a guessing game

Asking a stranger "are you insured?" is awkward, and taking their word for it is risky. Every pro on Bidro submits a certificate of insurance before they can accept work — it's checked before you ever see them.

How booking works

From "the gutters are overflowing" to "done" — in five steps.

1

Post your job in the app

Pick the service — pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning — add a few details and photos, and say when you'd like it done. It takes a couple of minutes.

2

Local pros send quotes

Vetted pros in Denton County see your job and respond with quotes. You don't get spam calls — everything stays in the app until you choose someone.

3

Compare and choose

Review each pro's price, reviews from completed Bidro jobs, and response history. Ask questions in chat if you need to. Pick whoever fits — there's no pressure and no obligation.

4

The work gets done

Your pro shows up in the scheduled window and does the job. If anything's off, our support team is a message away at support@joinbidro.com.

5

Pay and review in the app

Payment is handled securely through the app when the job is complete. Then leave an honest review — it's how good pros build their ranking, so it matters.

What "vetted" means on Bidro

We'd rather have fewer pros who clear the bar than a long list of question marks.

Before a pro can accept jobs on Bidro, they must verify their identity and submit a current certificate of insurance (COI), which we review. Their visible ranking is then built from completed jobs, review quality, and reliability on the platform — never from payments to us. Reviews can only be left by customers whose job was actually completed and paid through Bidro.
